Exchange Policy

At Navaratna Jewellers, we want you to love your jewelry. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free exchange policy under the following conditions:


Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchange requests must be made within 2 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags, packaging, and invoice intact.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted for exchange.
  • Customized, engraved, or personalized jewelry is not eligible for exchange.


Exchange Process

  1. Email us at info@navaratnajewellers.com or contact our customer care with your order details and reason for exchange.
  2. Once approved, securely pack the item and ship it to our return address. (Shipping charges may apply and are non-refundable.)
  3. Upon inspection and approval, we will process your exchange within 3–5 business days.


Note

We currently do not offer direct product replacement. You will receive a credit voucher or coupon for the exchanged value, which can be used for a new purchase.
